Marble
tiles in cement
This
product line is divided into three categories:
- floors in "washed marble grit", in various gradations
and colours (single colour Carrara white, Verona red, Trentino porphyry
and mixed colours).
- "river gravel" floors, of different gradations and origins.
-floors in siligranite (pick-hammered, sandblasted or smoothed).
COLOURS
The different types of agglomerate and the wide range of colours
at disposal or available by request offer great possibilities to
choose solutions for every kind of style, without restraining the
designer's creativity.
Samples of the tiles currently available are only indicative, as
natural raw materials coming from quarries vary through the years.
SIZES
- 50x50x3,5 cm approximately for floors in marble grit and in washed
river gravel.
- 40x40x3,3 cm approximately for floors in siligranite.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Marble grits, river gravel and siligranites, after being selected,
are mixed to cement and special binders and then exposed to vibration
and strong pressing using a high-technology plant, in order to
obtain the maximum compactness.
Our floors are very resistant to pitter-patter, shocks, compression,
deflection, thermal shocks, dampness, frost and to chemical agents.
COMPLEMENTS
For each type of tile we can provide suitable treads, sections,
coping stones and bases for wall facings.
LAYING
-on an underlying surface in concrete.
-on a stratum of aggregates (normal sand with or without a stabilised
sub-base).
-on a cement mortar bed.
-on plastic supports.
After the laying it is advisable to wash the floor.
